Details of our characters and ships are in the comments below. One comment for each ship, or if a character isn't in a relationship, just their own backstory.

KURT & BLAINE
That was what really launched Kurt and his name in the fashion world. Just as Isabelle predicted, his designs were soon in demand by every A-lister in New York and now at 25 years old, he is one of America's top designers and Isabelle's 2IC. Blaine, of course, went along for the ride. After overcoming the pain and difficulties of the distance initially, he got a whole new frame of mind over his relationship and focused on his final year of high school to make Kurt proud. He reigned as McKinley's Senior Class President and despite almost returning to Dalton after their rough path, ended up remaining with New Directions and leading them to another Nationals title.
After that, Blaine had his pick of performing arts colleges, and was even offered a NYADA scholarship. He toyed with the idea of turning it down in honour of Kurt's unfair rejection, but Kurt reminded him that Blaine had his own dreams to chase and the year following his graduation from McKinley with a diamond engagement ring firmly and proudly on his finger, he became Carmen Tibideaux's pet project. He thrived in NYADA, not having any of the teething problems Rachel did and in his final year, scored his first starring lead role on Broadway as Sam Wheat in Ghost.
But after that run ended, Blaine found himself with niggles of an entirely different variety, and wanted to have a baby with Kurt, and their closest fag hag, that had been a complete surprise in the wake of McKinley, Santana Lopez, was happy to offer up her uterus for them to borrow. Santana was happy in her own life married to Puck's little sister, Naomi, and they were both more than happy to help Kurt and Blaine with the next step in their life. Twelve months later, Kurt and Blaine welcomed baby son, Jayden Burt (or JJ as everyone calls him), now just turned years old, who is biologically Kurt's after discovering Blaine had a low motility during the IVF testing process. Blaine put his career on hold to become a stay-at-home daddy and house husband whilst Kurt continued with his career and the couple couldn't be stronger together.
QUINN & PUCK
Just when she thought she was about to break all over again, and this time perhaps without the ability to recover, Puck showed up on her doorstep one night and swore that he wanted to make up for all the mistakes with her he made in the past, and wanted to show her that she didn't need to use her legs to be the chick who changed his life and lit up his world. It was a hard road, with a lot of trust needing to be rebuilt and on her 21st birthday and caught up in wedding fever with Kurt and Blaine's pending nuptials, Puck proposed to her and the rest was history.
Now, on the eve of their much-anticipated wedding, Puck and Quinn, along with their closest friends are about to celebrate the the happiest day of their life in a way none of them would ever have anticipated caught up in the confusing haze that was their high school years at McKinley High School. Quinn is still in a wheelchair and won't ever recover the use of her legs, but that was never a burden for either of them. Puck was amazing helping her adjust to her disability and he swore to her he would always take care of her. He followed her to New Haven so she could complete her Psychology degree at Yale, working as a mechanic and also teaching kids guitar on the side to support her through it.
Quinn has now graduated Yale and works as a guidance counsellor at a high school in New York. It wasn't a job she ever thought she would end up with, but she absolutely loves it and also struck up her own Glee Club at the school, finally drawing on her New Directions experiences. In a surprise twist for Puckerman genes, Puck chose to go to college. After helping Quinn with her disability, he sparked up an interest in Physical Therapy and looked into community colleges (his grades would only let him scrape in, if he was lucky) within driving distance of Yale. He was accepted as a late admission to Manchester Community College, about an hour from Yale, and the Puckzilla found himself an academic after all. It was tough, and he had to work really hard, but he loved it and he has now graduated with a degree in Physical Therapy with a specialty in sports injuries. His plan is to open his own business now they're based in New York, but he knows that could take a lot of hard work too, which he's really not afraid of anymore now that he's happy and has everything else h wants in his life.
RACHEL & BRODY
After they, they just focused on getting through the tough battles of NYADA and not letting relationship stuff get caught up in that. It was important to both of them to succeed in the performing arts, and it just made it easier together to get through when they had each other. Brody was the first to graduated NYADA and after a few shows off-Broadway, in a funny twist of fate, took over Blaine's role of Sam Wheat when he put things on hold to start a family with Kurt. He's now still going strong in the role, whilst Rachel took a more unconventional turn in her career when she developed nodules on her throat at the end of her NYADA career and needed throat surgery. She had to reassess her goals and all her dreams, but with Carmen and Cassandra's help and support, she became an acting coach to young Broadway hopefuls when she was unable to continue singing professionally in the wake of her surgery.
She had to set her Broadway stardom dreams aside for the sake of her health, but couldn't have been more proud of Brody and being the other half of a Broadway star (which showed how long she had come since her selfish high school days). But lately, can't deny all the wedding and baby fever around her with her friends that maybe - just maybe - she might be willing to put her own career on hold for a family of her own sometime soon.
